Smoking in Fishers Indiana

Morning, my name is Bill.  I have been smoking for about 4 years now.  I use a MasterBuilt electric smoker only because we live out in the country and it is constantly windy around here....or at least on the days that I smoke.  I have found the electric smoker to produce a very good product, but would eventually love to get an offset or pellet smoker.  Maybe once the kids are out of the house.

 fellow Hoosier.  My first smoker was also a MasterBuilt.  Served us well for many years.  Eventually upgraded to a MAK and gave the MBS a new home at a friends house.  BTW: we're over in Avon.
