Hi im Jack. I have a home made reverse flow smoker. Ive had it for about a year now and i love smoking briskets and i have recently started doing pork butts also . Im currently doing my first overnight smoke. I fell in love with smoked meats after my trip to america 2 years ago and cant wait to go back when i get a chance. Untill then ill do my best in my backyard!
