I am located NE of Calgary, Alberta Canada and I have been smoking ribs and beef roasts for over 6 years and 2 years ago I bought myself a Bradly smoker so I could get better at what I do.  My ribs are close to competition quality and my homemade rub works great on meat, chicken and fish.  I am still working on creating a good sauce but that one takes time. We have been traveling to the Carolina's and Tennessee ever couple of years which helps me fine tune my bbq skills but I still need to make a trip to Texas and see what everyone is talking about for there BBQ.

Good bbq to me is when you can make a grown man cry as he has never had anything taste that good in his life!!!

Good afternoon and welcome from East Texas, Great BBQ here all over the state, The BBQ capitol of Texas is Lockhart, But I have favorite places all over. Come on down and what you think.
