I would like to smoke a bunch of wings and then fry them. Does anybody have a good method?

Do you mean did i use a deep fryer? No i smoked them in the smoker and then used a big wok with some peanut oil to crisp them up...i did about 10 at a time then put them into the sauce. The butter i used was cold smoked when i did some cheese. Smoked butter ROCKS with buffalo sauce.Did you just fry them straight up?
