I have it (think it is the one you are looking for?), as in the PM I sent you, PM me your email address and/or email me at [email protected] and I will send it to ya. I sent it to Walking Dude and nh3b's so far. It is very nicely laid out on Adobe for charting and tracking each smoke. Walking Dude even noticed it is so detailed for each smoke it is 3 pages long but if you just print it out it is very easy to fill out during present smokes, if you want to reference past smokes, to plan future smokes.

And if someone knows how to post a link for an Adobe file I will gladly send it to you so you can post it for everyone. As I must be pc challenged !!!

do a Google search on DEEJAYSSMOKEPIT and look around until you find it. I tried to post the link but the web address gets whacked.

After some editing I was able to get some text to work. You can not follow it by clicking.
