A while back I found what I believe was an Adobe document for charting times, temps, etc. on Smoking-Meat.com. I'm having a bit of trouble finding it. I like to chart things like that. So, my question is, do any of you guys know where it is located or what do you use??

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it was Texas Hunter's spreadsheet. In fact, I'm using it as I type this. It's great but I just need to figure out how I can post it.

abe...........he was talking bout a ADOBE chart.........i believe.......not a spread sheet

Jr. are talking about a "LOG" printout?
where you record type of meat
prep of the meat
wood used?
charchol or gas or letric?

type of chart?

This s what I have. I input the info and a chart is created at the same time. Just an FYI, this is what Texas Hunter came up with. It's an excel spreadsheet.

Hey guys

thanks for the excel spreadsheet. I was refering to the Adobe product because that's what I saw.

By they way, "Don't mess with a Nodak!"
