With the combination of the cold and having a cold I haven't been able to smoke up anything in a few weeks. This is also made worse by the fact I work at a grocery store and walk by the meat counter every day. I have come to the realization that I am officially  addicted to it and I need to fire up the smoker soon before I start having withdrawals. Any one else having weather issues and start to get that itch ?

I'm dying from my withdrawels. My darling wife is pregnant and while she normally enables my smoking habit, lately she has not been able to stomach the smoke smell w/o getting naseous. Every day I'm on this forum getting new ideas that I can't try until she gets over the sickness. Sometimes I'm not sure if SMF is helping me cope or prolonging the cravings!

At Christmas I bought a 10lb prime rib roast and had strick orders to do it in the oven.....
