Welp I've been wanting to try out my new pitboss propane red Rock 2 series smoker with some good smoking. . So I got home and got the chicken out and added some Bone Sucking Dry rub I've been wanting to try out to the chicken drumsticks aka fat legs lol. Then injected the chicken with butter and bone sucking dry rub and let them sit for a bit. Then put them smoker at 235-250 it fluctuate a little bit with where the smoker is sitting . I'll upload pictures in a little bit my phone said it's to big to upload. Now I'm just waiting on final product hopefully tastes amazing lol finally updated and got the pictures on here
