I have a stuffed chicken breast that was a Christmas gift. It already has a rub on it and smells really good. It weighs about three pounds. How should I smoke this? I've never done one like this.

Does it say it can be smoked? Most stuffed poultry is kinda dicey to smoke. If it stays too cool too long, you could end up praying to the porcelain god.

How big is it? How much stuffing etc. Jut a breast, I would think could be smoked, just keep the temps above 300 until done. My 2 cents.
