The PR turned out AWESOME. Put it in at 0620 @ 100deg. (10deg. outside temp) for 2 hours. 0830: Turned smoker up to 200 til 1045 then to 300deg until 1250 with an internal temp of 130. Took it out and put it in a warm dry cooler with a loose piece of heavy tin foil on the top then a towel. Let it rest for an hour and sliced it. Couldn't have turned out any better. I was elected to do next years already....
