My son called and said he and his girlfriend were coming home and he wanted somethingsmoked......so smoke is what we did.

also did a batch of baked beans with rib meat and some jalapeno bread. It was a great day smoking with the boy. Not much for left overs since my wife sent it all with the boy. Oh well, just an excuse to fire up again.

everything looks great.. I bet they enjoyed it... the only thing I can see is... I don't know if you brined the turkey or not , but it looks like it would have benefited from a soak for 24 hrs in a brine....

yeah, the turkey was a last minute idea from my wife. I did inject it and it wasn't horrible, but could have been better.
