Sorry to hear that you have been sent into the Wilderness (MI), but remember that it is meant to build character and test your faith. :biggrin::biggrin:
Before you travel off to CR, get hold of a Weber Smokey Joe and take it with you. You are bound to find tamale pots of the proper size in CR and you can make a mini WSM that will be cheaper than a UDS build and give you all the options except feeding the multitudes. Shouldn't take up too much room in the packing crates either.
Keep in touch and share the Qview.
