Thanks for adding me to your smokin forum. Just moved to AZ and my gift myself (and my family) was a MES40. I previously used a grill and smoke box with indirect heat and have wanted to get the MES40 for some time. Looking forward to getting started and learning the tricks/tips from ya'll. Today is day one. Smokin some pork ribs.
