Smokin in STL

I just dropped by to pick up a few ideas on smoking since I purchased a Masterbuilt 40 smoker from sams on cyber monday. The first idea that I got from the forums was that lazy smokers need a AMNPS. So that is in the mail along with 20 pounds of pitmasters choice pellets. I will be collecting all of the items necessary for a killer pork butt and hopefully can start smokin this weekend. I have been looking for a good reason to start smokin butts for years. It seems like there is a knowledgable group of people on these forums that I can learn a lot from. Cheers!
