Hey guys. Chuck here. New to smoking. Got me an electric brinkman bullet smoker for Christmas. Already done a pork loin for new yrs. Turned out great. Also did a smoked bologna. Ridiculously good!. Hope to learn some great smoking techniques from you guys.
