Purchased a Smoke Hollow 34" Propane Smoker. Novice at best, friend of mine down in Newnan GA. is a competative smoker and he points me in the right direction but like anything there is more than one way to skin a cat..... I have been smoking something every weekend since I got it. Just can't get enough!!!!1
