Hello all

Recently received a Bradley electric smoker as a present from my girlfriend.  Cant wait to experiment and learn.

Live on East coast of Scotland, out in country so unfortunately no one will smell the beautiful aroma :)

Looking forward to reading all the tips and hints.  Any food a no no for smoking?

I will look around for help, however while I'm here

Concept - 3 whole chickens, all different marinades (Tandoori, Chinese and BBQ rub)  smoker not wide enough to have 3 on one shelf, only two wide, so the question is, could I put the top two chickens on the top rack with a drip tray under to save the marinade juice falling onto the lower chicken? would that hinder any smoking flavour to the top two?

Have fun

Stuart

Welcome to the forum Stuart!

I'm not familiar with your smoker, but if you can I would put a pan on the bottom rack, with the chicken sitting on a rack sitting on top of the pan. With the other chickens on the top rack.

That way you can catch all the juice.
