Hey everyone. I am excited to get going with my new 22" WSM. I also have a Master Forge charcoal grill & a decent gas grill. I started smoking meat when I got a electric Bradley smoker for my birthday 4 years ago. By all means I am still a newbie. But last month I did a 13 lb brisket on my charcoal grill. Cook time was 8 hours on the grill to the stall then I did the cheat. IT WAS GOOD. So now I am hooked even more. I like to make great BBQ, mouth watering BBQ. It is a challenge since I live in the prairies in Saskatchewan Canada. But anyways look forward to the help & good info.

Robin H, welcome to SMF!  You're in good company here with lots of fellow Canadians and like-minded WSMians. Sounds like the smoker bug has bit you hard.  GOOD!  We love to share our tasty smoker bites.

Have fun!
