You know how good something is when it makes you cross-eyed? That's what happens when food comes out of my smoker. I've been doing this for a couple years steady, but I started off years ago with a Little Chief. Now I've got a Pitboss 1150 pellet, and a Charbroil upright (WSM-type) charcoal unit.
