OK, turns out that Joe and Alan have had a falling out...

Alan was and is the designer of this smoker and he is going to have a new one completed and a website for them up and running in about 2 weeks...

His price is only going to be about $3300...

it holds alot of meat... he is adding some diff and newer features so I will wait to get too excited about it till then.

I might just 'take one for the team' and get this smoker instead of the Lang I was planning on getting. ROTISSERIE SMOKERS are quite good when it comes to thoroughly cooking meat. I know a local guy that has a ROTISSERIE SMOKER and he has a top notch product!!
