Hi Members,
Happy Holidays.
I wanted to ask about long term storing my smoker 6months or longer.
Beside seasoning the cook chamber and cleaning out the ashes in the firebox, how Easley can I season the firebox without creating more ashes?

Thanks ahead for any insights!

I think some folks spray their smokers with pam during extended downtimes.

Just keep a coat of oil on it. Pam works just fine. You can spray the inside of the firebox with Pam too. Then when your ready to use it again, just spray it down with Pam again & heat it up to 300 for a couple of hours and it should be good to go.
