Smoker in the South

Hello,

New to the site and recently made the jump from a 30" Cajun Injector Electric to the Smoke Hollow 44" Dual Burner Propane based on information I found on this site. Can't wait to learn the new smoker and start cranking out amazing food.

I hope to learn a lot more.
