Hi , looking for some advise. Was looking to do a duel purpose smoker, looking to make a brick argentinian bbq grill with a chimney and side walls but to fit removable steel doors this would allow me to grill but then if i wanted to smoke i could fit and close the doors, open a flap in the side of the coal box to let smoke in from a old small wood burning stove located 20" below and 16" to the left conected by a flue. Can any one see obvious flaws that i am missing? Have tried googling but cant see anything similar? Suspect there might be a reason why.
