Smoker From Texas Checking In!

Hello fellow smokers!  Great to a part of this great community of carnivores of smoked meat!

I live in the great state of Texas!  Longview is the town which is 50 miles due west of Shreveport.  I have been smoking just over 1 year now and LOVE the hobby and the great flavors you get out of the smoker.  

I use a Master-built electric 30" smoker which I love.
