Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been stalking these forums for almost a year. Still kinda new to it, but I can't even have a get together anymore without people asking me what I am smoking, and being disappointed if I'm not.
I've done several pork butts, a brisket, Fatties, ABTs, some ribs and chicken, as well as getting into sausage making.
Using a 18.5" WSM that I seem to fill every smoke (I'm in negotiations with the warden [wife] to get a 22")
Doing a big smoke tonight/tomorrow for a Memorial Day BBQ; Brisket, two pork shoulders, beans, ABTs, and some brunt ends. I hope to get some Q-View up (if i remember to take pictures this time).
