Smoker from Alabama

Hey everybody!

I am new to the forum. I live in Birmingham, Alabama. 

I started smoking with my dad on a brinkmann bullet smoker but after college and I moved out I got an electric masterbuilt smoker and I have been using that the last few years. Recently, I acquired an old offset smoker and have just started redoing it because it isn't in the best shape. 

I am going to get a trailered smoker and start catering soon. I am just getting practice in order to smooth out my technique and figure out the best strategy to move forward. 

I am joining just to get information about how to redo my smoker the best way and read about smoking techniques since I am new to the offset world!

Look forward to discussing and sharing and gaining knowledge of how to improve my smoking experience!
