smoker doesnt have a temperature guage

Yeah my dad gave me a smoker that he bought from sportsmans guide a few years ago. He never used it much. The temperature control does not have any specific temperature settings on it. It just reads low medium and high. Would anybody know what a general temperature settings for smoking turkey breast would be? Thanks

About all that will tell you is if it is going. You need something even if it is a cheap oven thermometer so you will know what your temp is.

Going by my experience with my ECB, medium is about 300°. Your mileage may vary, please don't take this as gospel.
