I am new to this forum but I am wanting to build a smoker about 4x4x8. I will mostly be using it in the fall for deer sausage and other wild game. I would like to have it to be able to hold at least 150lbs of meat. I also kind of want it to be a set it and forget it type smoker. Any recommendations on heating elements, controllers, and materials to build it out of?
