never seen it either-I smoke my peppercorns and make a couple diff kinds.
 
Yep, we get 2 kinds I think around here. Love the stuff, it's excellent for adding a smoked flavor to what you pepper. I like it on baked potatoes and grilled hamburgers especially.
 
I have never seen it but i haven't really looked for it either. But I will now specially since rivet gave it such a review. Thanks Partener.
 
I have thrown it on eggs, mashed taters, fries even used it in my salsa recipe. This stuff is good eats

is there anything that is non-smokable? never thought about smoking peppercorns.....great idea! it is customary to "toast" peppercorns in the oven or dry skillet.
