Afternoon! Smoked up 7lbs of wings last night and wanted to share.

Got the wings all rubbed up with some of The Gospel

Let them sit in the fridge a few hours. Took them out and hit them lightly with some lemon pepper and fired up the smoker running pecan and apple at 225

Onto the smoker at 225 for about 1.5hr to get some good smoke

Sprayed with beer ever so often and after 1.5hr turned up the smoker to 300 to crisp the skin. Next pic is about 30min into higher temp. Still spraying with beer

After 2.5hrs total they were ready

Crissy skin, juicy/smoky meat and full of flavor. I dont sauce wings so ready for a plate with some sweet potato fries

Spritz them with Barton's vodka next time the flavor profile is out of this world...trust me!

JK! Wings look great I could go for a big plate!

Wow Jake...you're tearing it up recently :emoji_laughing: Tons of really good looking stuff coming out of your kitchen...or off the patio. Nice looking platter of wings. I'd tear up a bunch of them without doubt.

Wings are by far one of my favorite things. Those looks fantastic Jake! I’d tear up a big plate.
