Smoked some Wings for New Year’s Day. Used some maple and pecan wood. Finished it off on gas grill to crisp it up a bit. The Wife and I enjoyed it very much.

I hope those tasted as good as they look. Really nice looking wings. Did you use a dry rub or sauce?
 
Thanks for the positive feedback. I first marinated the wings in a zip lock bag with a Parmesan garlic sauce for four hours. Smoked at 250-275 temp for a little over three hours. Finished them off on the gas grill at 400 just to give a quick crisping.
