oh i was dubbed designated cook long before the smoker came around, but it seems like more and more people are joining us for dinner now lol. not sure what i'm doing next. may try some chicken thighs. i've also been wanting to do some jerky.

Thighs are always a fairly easy tasty cheap meal. I wish the whole chicken was thigh meat.

I love making jerky.  Never considered wings until I saw this.  Now I can't wait to get em going.
