Evening fellas and non fellas. Beautiful day here in Tennessee. 70° and sunny so fired up the stickburner for some wings and legs.

Seasoned the chicken with Jeff's original.

Had the offset at about 225 with hickory and cherry wood. Smoked them for an hour at that temp

After an hour threw on some more splits and brought smoker to 300° for another hour

Thin blue smoke and a nice sunset

Fire rolling

Random jeep pic because it was a nice day and I took her for a ride

Wings all done. Perfect smoke and crispy skin

Was delicious. Thanks for looking
Fantastic. It's a jeep thing , and a chicken thing . Lol . Nice work bud .
Man those look great Jake! Bet it was a good time tooling around I’m the Jeep too.
Great looking wings/legs bud. Nice looking ride too!! Starting to get warmer here too, looking forward to some cooks like this. Thanks for sharing
Looks great Jake. That Jeep still looks as good as the day you got it. Glad you got to use it some.
Nice looking chicken. Sometimes wish I had a stick burner. Now that I retired my 1997 Jeep my main vehicle with the dog. I need to figure out the ABS and Air Bag lights. The ABS probable just sensors but not sure where to start on the air bag.
Not sure which looks best....the wings or the Jeep. But I can bet the wings taste a heck of a lot better.
