Hey all, been a bit since I posted… figured this was a decent one to do.

A steelhead filet seasoned lightly with Old Bay and topped with some lemon slices and parsley.

Also tossed on some beef tenderloins seasoned with some rubs my wife brought me back from TN. Heath Riles Garlic Butter and some Charlie Vergos Rendevous rub as well.

Not a long cook, pretty short at 25 minutes… I will say the steaks were good… but I really prefer some sear which these did not get.

Dished up, pretty tasty surf and turf for a quick meal! And some local corn… so tasty! All dusted with just a bit of Old Bay.

Then to dessert, some local watermelon that was just awesome! I like mine sprinkled with a bit of kosher salt and a bit of Old Bay… yea… I like Old Bay! 🤷🏼‍♂️

Had mine in an older Pyrex that will date me… an old 401 made in Corning, NY. They sure don’t make them like this one anymore!

That’s a wrap for this one, thanks for looking all!

Justin, that all looks so good I wouldn't know where to start. The steak looks great and you know we love fish around here. Our local corn is over, but I managed to freeze about 300 ears either on the cob or off so we're good until next year hopefully.

Nice cook!!

Wow Justin that steelhead looks great and I'd planned to go fishing at WM this weekend for some but that'll have to wait as we have the some grand girls coming today 😀.
I bet the beef was tasty with those flavors!
We also love some grilled corn and use a variety of toppings.
Old bay? Watermelon?
Hmmm ... sounds interesting 🤔
Usually add a sprinkle of salt but gotta give it a try now.

Thank you Rich, appreciate that and the like. I am a big fan of the old stuff as I know you are as well from your reply. They were made to last generations with the right care.

And I am now on the hunt for them crackers… Yum! Thanks for sharing bud!

Keith, thanks for dropping a line and the like bud… much appreciated!

Hope the time with the Grands was good… but how can’t that be good?! I am sure nothing like that time with them!

Did you get to fish at WM yet?

And yea, I like Old Bay… maybe a bit too much. Nic will tease me if we have ice cream… Where’s the Old Bay? 😂

Looks outstanding!

Now that corn season is here I'm seeing it in so many posts now.

Thank you Norm, appreciate it and the like.

Yea, growing season here is kinda short… so we try to indulge while we can.

That all looks superb Justin. Very nice plate shot.

Eric, thanks bud… I really appreciate you dropping a line and the like.

And thank you, I have really tried the last bit to take better pics… I have a lot to improve on… but try to get a bit better each cook.
