Just got thru smoking a 13 lb turkey useing Tips slaughterhouse brine ,injection and spritz.
All i can say is WOW!!! Great turkey. I will add some cayanne and hot sauce to it next time just for some kick but this was a great bird.

Tip's Slaughterhouse recipes are truely awesome. The only brine I use on my poultry, for sure! I've not tried the injection or the spritz yet as the brine was plentiful tasty. May need to try that soon!
