I have a very simple smoked turkey salad recipe to share with you all that is rocking my world right now. It does scale up nicely as well.

1 lbs smoked turkey
1/4 medium yellow onion finely diced
1 diced celery stalk
1 1/2 TBS sour cream
1 1/2 TBS mayo
1 TBS Grey Poupon
1 TBS cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 oz peas

Mix all ingredients well and then refrigerate for 24 hours to let the flavors develop. Then enjoy on its own or as a sammich.

Looks awesome!! My wife made some turkey salad with the Thanksgiving leftovers. Then ate it all while I was gone deer hunting!! She said it was the best she's ever had, so I guess I'd better smoke another turkey this weekend and try your recipe.

Please do and let me know what you think of it. This is my first iteration of this recipe.

Looks great....I like the peas, nice twist..

Thanks jarjar! The sweet peas add an interesting twist for sure. At first Mrs. Solaryellow thought the sweetness in the turkey salad was from the brown sugar, but it is really from the peas.
