I'm doing a traditional stuffed butterball in the roaster today, smoked turkeys for newyears qview included

Just pulled a small boneless breast off my smoker. 155º internal. Wrapped in foil and a towel and in the cooler. Taking it to the neighbors as part of their shindig. Merry Christmas all.

that my friend is because I made way tooooo much stuffing again lol so I just stuffed the bird and kept stuffing till I had used it all up. what ever falls off endsup in the gravy dripping anyway so no harm :-)

by the way it turned out great and all was eatin , I got the bones
