great Job! I spatchcocked a turkey a few weeks ago and dry brined it for 3 days then smoked it. It was the best turkey we have ever had.

Did you use a brine or just seasoning?
This was last year’s, I just seasoned it. I’m throwing 2 turkeys on this year for thanksgiving and definitely gonna go the dry brine route this time.
