Yum! From a fellow missourian, I can testify to the quality of Sugarfire.
This is a great way to do turkey . I have to say it was darn close to what Sugar Fire puts out .
 
My breast is thawed now so need to get it brining. Guess I will just not inject and let in brine until Thanksgiving. Should be fine right?

I've gone 10 days in Pop's brine without issue . It will retain around 10% . Even if enhanced from the store , it will leach out , mix in and reabsorb into the breast .
