Followed Foams recipe for another excellent meal

All trimmed,weighed 1.5 #

                                                                                           

Rubbed with chilpolte pepper,garlic and onion powder


Brown sugar and salt added right before the smoke


Finished product, looks a bit like something fido left behind !
