Smoked Sticks

Nothing fancy. Making 5lbs for the daughter when she comes down on the 20th.
5 pounds of sticks and 5 sweet lebnun later in week

Just mixing today (got 1 of 2 MRI today and tomorrow)

The green bowl is 1.5 lbs for black forest. This will get mixed later (waiting for the torula yeast later today or tomorrow)

Smoke mix is all mixed and ready for the fridge.

Getting a late start this morning. The MRI doc gave me some realxers for the MRI Journey...lol

Stuffed and let em sit for an hour. Got a couple dinky lengths. My wife did the stuffer cranking.

Space them while hanging in the smoker.

Got a few more hours yet

Meat IT of 152 pulled to cool.

Cover, the sticks will IT to 153-54 on their own. ( no cold water)
