Smoked steaks

Smoked a couple steaks and sliced thin for breakfast along with some smoked Gouda and thyme taters, scrambled eggs with mushrooms

Man that’s on fine breakfast!! Gouda and rosemary together are one of my favorite pairings. I actually buy a rosemary Gouda. I’ll have to try it with thyme.
