Use this recipe often but need to modify to make time for a golf match with friends coming to town. Planning on putting the ribs on the grill for 4 hrs at 230 as described in Step 1. Then wrap them and put them in the oven at the same temp. But then the next step calls for the temperature to be lowered to 200 after 2 hours. Will not be back to do that for at least 3-4 hours (golf). Any ideas?
