This is a MES 30? Maybe it's the sausage hanging rack but the photo makes it look much wider.

I hope to smoke sausage in my MES 30 sometime. My plan is to buy sausage hooks from MB or a similar supplier and hang them from a rack inserted into the top slot.

MES 30.... Tropics... gave us the measurements to put smoke rack in it.....it works great for now until i get finished with my crate smoker...
