Had some mussels as a snack while waiting for the ribeye !

Give em a garlic butter bath ! Tasty little guys they were !

Ribeye, changed it up & just smoked it this time.... 3 hrs in hickory smoke at 165* !

Turned out quite tasty !

I would probably like Mussels too, but I'm afraid to try them, because my Son gets violently sick when he eats them.

I love Clams & Oysters though. I don't know if that means it would be safe for me to eat Mussels???
