Guys & gals it's been a grip since I've shown a cook or even posted.

I been busy with life stuff & rebuilding a old chevy truck.

So early this morning I decided to do a pulled ham & a rack of baby back ribs.

Here is a pic of them just going on.

I decided to try Killer hogs seasoning/rub on this batch.

Hoping the ribs will be done around noon. For my lunch!!!

What's up with that box, of what looks like charcoal, you have in there?
I take 6-8 briquits that are hot & ready, then I cut a 1" thick 6" diameter coin/puck of apple or hickory or whatever & use it for more smoke.
