Smoked Pork-stir Fry

pulled a few slices of smoked loin outta the freezer tonite-red bell-red onion-garlic-green beans-zucini & carrots over a bed of white rice.kinda a homeaid yakotori (sp) sauce-soy, ginger etc.

Hmm. Seems I read about some smoked pork eggrolls somewhere... what an accompaniment dish!

Richtee...try and remember whether they were partially fried and then smoked or all smoke? I make homemade eggrolls and would like to try them smoked. Never thought of it to be truthful. Thanks man.

It was smoked pork in the traditionally prepared roll... sounds DELICIOUS eh!
