These took 5 hours but towards the end temp came up fast but I did go from 225 to 250.Those look great Brian and I'm planning on some today.

Those looks amazing! I love pork blade steaks, some of my favorite pork cuts. I usually grill them on charcoal but I'll have to try them on the pellet smoker.

It is one of our favorite meals here I use pork steak for lots of different cooks ,
but the best is just BBQ and maybe Soya Sause for the mopping,
