Smoking 2 pork steaks tonight. Rubbed down with yellow mustard and some dry rub I kinda put together.
Some all purpose pork rub, apple smoked rub, paprika, and black pepper. Gonna smoke around 165° for about and 1.5hrs then foil with some apple juice for another hr or so at 225°. Remove from foil and back on cooker at 225° to get my bbq sauce nice and glazed over. Last time I did this is tasted like a poor mans ribs.

Good as always. Nice and smokie. Good flavor. Worth a try for a good cheap cut of meat. We get them around here for $6 a four pack.
