About a four pound pork loin, sprinkled with a little rub and injected with NEPAS Grapette soda BBQ Sauce:

In the smoker for a little over three hours at 250, took the loin to 150 IT next time I will pull at 140 and let rest for 30 min.

It was still good but a little dry.

Pretty simple just Jalapenos and cheese.

They both look delicious!

The fattie looks especially good!

Great job!

Looks good.  The fatty didn't look dry, but I didn't eat it.  The color on the bacon is awesome!

Good luck and good smoking.

Tasty!!

Is that the grapette stripped through the loin? Did the flavor come through?

Yes it is and yes it does.  I think Nepas' BBQ sauce is a fantastic companion for pork and chicken, it can be a little spicy for some, and I may make another batch in the near future and use half as much pepper so people have a little choice.

Great Job man! A giant inside out ABT!! Why didnt I think of that. Going on the "to-do" list for sure.
